"I've got aphantasia, no visual imagination. Play lots of ttrpgs though, so I've had to work with artists my whole life, and it's always been a struggle. You know how hard it is to accurately describe something when you can't visualize it? Even in instances where I've supplied reference images, I've rarely gotten an image back that struck me as "correct" according to the vibes of the character.

That being said, Mug has always been spot-on, with or without reference images. She's always quick with the turn around, or with updates, always professional, and always a joy. If you asked me for a complaint? Prices are too low."
